Single-arch railway bridge over river, opened 1895; extant 1915. Closed, 1934. Reopened 1936. Closed, 1937. Now disused. Tuck pointed snecked rock faced sandstone walls between tuck pointed snecked rock faced sandstone battered abutment walls with overgrown coping to parapets. Single round arch with drag edged rock faced sandstone ashlar voussoirs. Sited spanning Gleann na nÉan [Glennanean River] with unkempt embankments to river.

A bridge identified as an integral component of the late nineteenth-century civil engineering heritage of the environs of Mallaranny on account of the connections with the extension of the Mayo Branch of the Midland Great Western Railway (MGWR) line (opened 1895) by the Achill Extension Railway (AER) Company with the architectural value of the composition confirmed not only by the rock faced dressings demonstrating good quality workmanship, but also by the elegant "sweep" of the arch making a pleasing visual statement at a crossing over the minor Gleann na nÉan [Glennanean River].
