Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, c.1900, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, on site with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch to centre ground floor. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and remains of iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Flat roof to porch not visible behind parapet. Part ivy-clad unpainted fine roughcast walls over random rubble stone construction with moulded rendered cornice to parapet to porch. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Set back from road in own grounds with unkempt grounds to site.

Despite having fallen into some disrepair following a period of disuse a modest-scale house retains the original form and massing together with most of the historic fabric, thereby making a positive impression on the character of the locality.
