Detached single-bay single-storey gable-fronted boathouse, c.1860, with snecked rock faced limestone walls.ROOF: Double pitched; terracotta ridge tiles; limestone coping to gables. WALLS: Snecked & tooled, rockfaced limestone. OPENINGS: Segmental headed window openings; limestone surrounds and limestone cill, tongue & groove shutters to windows, square headed door opening, timber panelled double doors.
