Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1830, with an advanced pedimented central bay. Extension to rear, c.1880. Now derelict.ROOF: Part remaining: Hipped slate roof; hidden behind parapet wall, terracotta ridge tiles exposed roof construction due to slate loss; rendered chimney stack with clay pots. WALLS: Nap rendered walls; plinth course, string course and vermiculated quoins; recessed panels on side elevations surrounding windows, roughcast rendered rear wall. OPENINGS: Square headed openings with rendered moulded surround and entablatures, granite cills; no window frames remaining; modern timber sheet enclosing door entrance.
