Marianne and I walked the bawn at Castlepook South on a bright winter afternoon. We touched the old wall, watched the shadow move across the grass, and left with the shape of the place still inside us.
This is the record for the bawn attached to Castlepook Castle (CO017-027----) (see Cotter 1994b).
