What is recorded here

In gently undulating low-lying wet pasture with another ditch-barrow (TS065-034009-) located 10m to the SSE. Circular area (diam. 6.4m) defined by a shallow fosse (overall Wth 1.2-2.2m; Wth at base 0.4-1m; D 0.1-0.15m).). The inner side of the fosse and a portion of the edge of the interior have been eroded NW-SW. The interior is level and clear of overgrowth. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011
Ditch barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its construction reflects early funerary practices in low-lying landscapes, possibly associated with burial mounds and ritual activity.
