What is recorded here
In gently undulating low-lying improved pasture. Not shown on any edition of the OS 6-inch map but visible as a faint field system on an aerial photograph (OS 2435/4). Low irregular undulations across area but no distinct pattern is visible at ground level. This undulations may be related to land drainage works.
