Ballyroan House presents a tidy two-storey face to the street, then stretches backwards through one extension and another. It's the building equivalent of an Irish goodbye: perfectly brief from the front, forty minutes still to go behind it.

Terraced three-bay two-storey late-Georgian house, c. 1820, with full-height return to rear. Extended to rear comprising two-storey return.
