Detached eight-bay single-storey house, c.1870, with outbuilding to east.ROOF: Hipped; slate; terracotta ridge tiles; corniced red brick stack; terracotta pots; pyramidal slate roof to outbuilding. WALLS: Rough cast render. OPENINGS: Square headed, rendered soffits and reveals, painted stone cills; 6/6 timber sashes with convex sash horns; glass and timber front door, 1970's; original two leaf tongue and groove timber door with iron handle to adjoining garden shed.
