This architectural fragment was referred to in the 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork - vol. 4 North Cork' (2000, 613-4) under the entry (no. 14721) for a church (CO032-107003-). The reference to the architectural fragment appears in the entry as follows: 'During conversion head of round-arched window light (0.43m x 0.33m) was found: edge chamfered; sunken spandrels carved with primitive human heads (c. 0.12m x 0.10m).'
