What is recorded here

Remains of former medieval tower and country house, c.1700, with rubble stone and brick walls, and some internal plasterwork. Repairs to parts of walls.
Though much of the architectural significance of this building has been lost due to ruination, it remains a valuable historical record, as seen in the townland name derived from this site, as well as an important visual feature in the modern housing estate.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
