Single-arch limestone road bridge, built c. 1860, over Rampart Stream. Random rubble walls having curved coping stones to coursed rubble parapets. Curved abutment walls to each end of bridge. Segmental arch having tooled stone voussoirs. Render path under arch to west side.

This slightly hump-back and modest bridge is a solidly constructed example of a nineteenth-century road bridge. It serves as a reminder of the quality of engineering and local craftsmen's skills in the late nineteenth century.
