Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1850. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with cut stone sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight

Occupying a prominent and unusual site, directly fronting onto road, adds architectural incident to landscape. Regular symmetrical façade enhanced by retention of timber sash window and timber door.
