Pair of semi-detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic former estate workers' houses, built c. 1925, now in use as private houses. Single-storey extensions to rear. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods, red brick and rendered chimneystacks, render eaves course and timber bargeboards. Terracotta ridge tiling to roof and dormer windows. Lean-to canopy with timber supports. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with metal casement windows to east house and having replacement windows to west house. Render label mouldings above. Pair of square-headed openings with timber battened door to east house and replacement timber door to west house. Rubble stone boundary walls with rendered square-profile piers and wrought-iron gates.

Retains much of original form, though house to west has lost much of its original features. East house retains many notable features such as metal windows, cast-iron rainwater goods and timber door. Shared canopy is an interesting features which enlivens the façade. Use of red brick, terracotta and timber adds variety of materials, colour and texture to façade. Wrought-iron gates to entrance add context and enhance site.
