Gateway, extant 1905, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of rendered octagonal piers on chamfered plinths having "Cavetto"-detailed cornices below urn finial-topped polygonal capping supporting "Fleur-de-Lys"-detailed cast-iron double gates. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Woodbine Hill.
A gateway making a pleasing visual statement in a rural street scene at the principal entrance on to the grounds of the Woodbine Hill estate (cf. 22904009).
