Weir in Donore keeps generating machinery in a little building beside the mill race, and some of it still looks fit for work. Give it a socket and it would spend the whole charge telling your phone it had gone soft.

The survival of the stone weir complete with its sluice gates, mill race and machinery make it an interesting contributor to the architectural and industrial history of Moynalty. Though presently in only fair condition some of the machinery appears still to be in working order. The weir forms part of an interesting group with the stone bridge upriver. The weir may have medieval fabric.
