Freestanding cast-iron "cow tail" waterpump, extant 1904. Now disused. Set on concrete base on landscaped plot on a corner site with timber posts to perimeter supporting cast-iron chains.
A "cow tail" waterpump supplied by Jessop Davis (closed 1962) of Enniscorthy representing an interesting example of mass-produced cast-iron work making a pleasing, if largely inconspicuous visual statement in a rural street scene.
