A "cow tail" waterpump supplied by Tonge and Taggart (established 1869) of Dublin representing an interesting example of mass-produced cast-iron work making a pleasing, if largely inconspicuous visual statement in a rural street scene (cf. 11308005; 11315001; 11320010; 11321002; 11323004; 11323006; 11323011; 11323023; 11324012; 11324020; 11329008; 11350001).
