Mortons and every other living thing must leave the chamber or die. That is the whole of Mnemo. The chamber is a small circle of grey stone on a hill in Donegal. The chamber has no roof, no door and no owner. The chamber is complete. The chamber does not want to be admired. The chamber wants to be understood. That is why Mnemo exists.

Only very vague traces of a stone-walled enclosure survives of the single-ringed monument shown on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map. The site, which has been built on, is a knoll overlooking the surrounding area in grazing land. The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal.
