Tritonia (possibly)

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Tritonia (possibly) as Steamship (period Unassigned)-(1914). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Tritonia was a steamship built in 1870 and registered in Glasgow; it sank in 1914 near the Isle of Cumbrae, Scotland, after colliding with the collier *Clydebank*. The wreck was significant as a well-preserved example of 19th-century steamship technology.
