Tobernuaglass, also known as Tulach Chonóg, is traditionally associated with Saint Nuadhu Glas, a lesser-known early Irish saint. The site is linked to local folklore involving healing and fertility rituals, particularly connected to the "Cnoc na Conaí" (Hill of the Hares), a common motif in Irish sacred landscape traditions.
