The Thatch Cottage in Burrow, Malahide, was two separate houses before somebody joined them with an entrance. A bold cure for troublesome neighbours: now they’re in the hall, and you can’t pretend you’re out.
Detached nine-bay single-storey thatched house, c.1800, formerly two detached four-bay houses, now linked by a single-storey entrance bay. Single-storey timber conservatory to right side, c.1980.
