Detached three-bay single-storey red brick gate lodge with dormer attic, c.1900.ROOF: Hipped and sprocketed; lead flashing to ridge tiles; red brick chimney with granite detailing; cast-iron gutters; hipped slate roof to dormer windows. WALLS: Red brick; English garden wall bond; granite cornice. OPENINGS: Square-headed granite dressed window and door openings; granite cills; timber casement windows; timber double doors.
