Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1870, with two-storey return. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls with render quoins. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber battened door with overlight. Three-bay single-storey former outbuilding now in use as wing to west.

This house compliments the streetscape of Crossakeel. The unusual timber sash window, with eight-over-eight panes and either ogee or convex horns give the house a unique identity. The substantial former outbuilding which is now part of the domestic accommodation also retains some interesting materials and features.
