Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1870, with three-bay two-storey extension to rear, c. 1995. Pitched artificial slate with red brick chimneystacks, gabled dormers having decorative timber bargeboards and wrought-iron finials. Exposed rubble stone walls. Paired timber sliding sash windows to ground floor. Round-headed openings with timber sliding sash windows to first floor. Timber panelled door with radial fanlight set in projected gabled glazed porch. Timber panelled shutters to interior. Rubble stone boundary walls and piers to site.
