Tahilla Catholic Chapel in Tahilla was built in a T-shape and has since mostly collapsed. Put it up for sale and some chancer would call it ‘a conversion opportunity’. Asked what you’d be converting, he’d spread his arms over the rubble and say, ‘Your attitude, first of all.’
Remains of freestanding T-plan two-bay single-storey stone-built Roman Catholic church, built c. 1775, with single-bay single-storey transept to north-east elevation. Ruinous, 1895-1896. Now mostly collapsed.
