Sweat Ho.

Located at the top of a W-facing slope and adjacent to the site of a farmhouse. It is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. No feature is visible at ground level. Linked to Saint Ho, a lesser-known early Irish saint, the well may have been associated with cures for skin ailments or fevers, as suggested by the name "Sweat Ho." Little specific folklore survives, but such wells were often sites of pilgrimage and healing rituals in pre-modern times.
