Structure

A single piece of brushwood (L 0.25m; diam. 0.048m), with a degraded metal-cut chisel point, in well-humified Sphagnum peat. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
