Structure

Twelve dispersed pieces of light brushwood (Wth 1.28m; D 0.33m) which are irregularly laid, up to three pieces deep. One metal-cut chisel point is evident. The site lies in poorly humified Sphagnum peat. There is some ex situ material to the SE. SMR OF010-243---- is 2m to the N. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
