Brockagh holds a small rectangular shadow at the base of a collapsed cliff, overlooking two lakes in rough Donegal mountain terrain. The stones may have formed a building nearly three metres long, yet they preserve no door, hearth or certain purpose. They sit like a forgotten room dropped from the earth, waiting for someone to imagine whether it sheltered a hermit, a goatherd or a child who played among the bones of the mountain.

At the base of a collapsed SE-facing cliff face in rough mountainous terrain, overlooking Lough Croangan and Lough Crumbane. The upstanding remains comprise a series of small and medium-sized stones which may mark the collapsed basal portion of a small subrectangular building (dims. 2.9m NW-SE; 2.1m NE-SW). There are a number of loose stones within the interior.There is no indication of an entrance or hearth.
