This section of rubble stone boundary wall, forming a boundary to lands associated with Straffan Demesne, is a fine example of the once prolific, but increasingly rare, traditional method of constructing boundary walls. Replacement or modern boundary walls are frequently built with less attention paid to stone masonry traditions.
