Attached three-bay three-storey gable-fronted commercial warehouse, c.1870, on a rectangular plan. Pitched (gable-fronted) artificial slate roof. Red brick Flemish bond walls on cut-limestone chamfered plinth.
One of the last surviving nineteenth-century commercial warehouses on this part of Union Quay. The commercial warehouse retains its eye-catching façade although but the interior has been remodelled.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
