Stone Circle

Depicted on 1940 OS 6-inch map as circular area defined by field fence NNE->SSE and by hachured arc SSE->N; named 'Stone Circle'. 'Low bank enclosing an area approximately 30m in diameter. Nature uncertain' (O Nualláin 1984a, 47). Not located due to forestry. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
