Stone circle in Rahoonagh East: Murphy (1898, 15) called it interesting in Rahoona, but nobody in those townlands can place it now. The stones may have been road material, farm walls or forgotten altogether; certainty is not left behind. What remains is a circle only in name, moving through memory instead of soil.
