Standing stone in Kilclooney

Situated in the col between the Comeragh Mountains to the W and Croughaun Hill to the E. A conglomerate stone with a rectangular cross-section (dims. 0.9m x 0.7m; H 1.87m) is oriented NE-SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
