Keeltrasna holds a leaning stone beside Bantry Bay, tilted southeast as if listening to the water. Local memory claims a priest crawled beneath its shadow during penal times, using the stone’s odd angle to hide from pursuers. The rock still stands in pasture, preserving that breath-held moment when stone and fear became one.

In pasture, on a SE-facing slope overlooking Bantry Bay. This standing stone (1m x 0.5m; H 1.6m) is orientated NE-SW and it leans to the SE.
