What is recorded here

Cummeenduvasig holds a rounded rectangular stone near the head of the Owbaun River. It stands one metre high in level pasture, pointing northeast and southwest like a finger across the valley. People may have set it there to mark a boundary, honour a dead person or simply watch the river rise. The stone still does that without asking permission.

In level pasture, near the head of the Owbaun River. This standing stone (0.8m x 0.4m; H 1.06m) is roughly rectangular in plan and section and is rounded on top. It is orientated NE-SW.
