Ardleny holds a round-topped standing stone, one and a half metres tall on a natural knoll in dry pasture. Cattle have rubbed it for so long that the stone has become a smooth, worn pillar rather than a sharp monument. It is not marked on any map, which means it belongs to the people who find it and touch it.

Not marked on any OS ed. Sited on a natural knoll in dry pasture. Round-topped standing stone (H c. 1.5m; max. dim. at base c. 0.7m). Much worn as a consequence of its utilisation as a scratching post by cattle.
