Detached five-bay double-height former school, dated 1835, with single-pitch roofed dance hall extension to rear (east), added c. 1965. Now in use as parochial offices. Pitched slate roof with dressed limestone chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rubble limestone walls. Oval limestone date plaque surmounted by dressed limestone voussoirs, rectangular stone name plaque and round-headed niches to south gable. Roughcast render walls to extension. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows and fixed timber-framed multiple-pane window to central bay. Square-headed door opening with stone step to front elevation, having replacement double-leaf timber battened door. Rubble stone enclosing wall to side (south). Rubble stone retaining walls to side (north).

An important building, which has served the community for over one hundred and seventy five years, as a school, dance hall and parochial office. The tall windows allowed for maximum light in the school room, while their setting, high up in the wall, prevented distracting views. The fine slate roof, timber sash windows, gable plaques and niches contribute to its historic character.
