Terraced four-bay two-storey former school, c. 1780, with integral carriageway having block-and-start surround. Partly reconstructed, c. 1988, to accommodate commercial use. Wall-mounted commemorative plaque erected by P.P.U. T.H.S. in 1988. "The Religious Congregation of Brothers of St. Patrick was established here by Bishop Daniel Delany 2nd Feb. 1808".
