Detached multiple-bay single-storey vocational school, built c.1950. Low pitched roof. Roughcast rendered walls with concrete buttresses between bays. Steel casement windows. Square-headed opening with timber glazed door. Outbuilding and playground shelter to site.
Saint James' Vocational School is of an interesting architectural form, which is representative of design, materials and construction techniques in the mid twentieth century.
