Coursed rubble stone gable-fronted statue niche, erected 1914, over holy well. Contains statue of St Colmcille. Well with random paving around opening set in water garden, approached by small bridge. Memorial Celtic cross within grounds.
An attractively sited holy well, recovered from a dilapidated state by people from the nearby Orlagh Monastery. Still in annual religious use, this site has a rich social history.
