Detached eleven-bay single-storey house, built 1760. Hipped oversailing artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Flemish bond red brick walls. Square-headed window openings with carved limestone sills, red brick voussoirs and nine-over-nine pane timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed entrance doorway with timber panelled door and Y-traceried fanlight, red brick voussoirs and square-headed sidelights with carved limestone sills and fixed timber windows.

The unusual long and single-storey form of this house is unusual for country houses of its time in Ireland. It retains carved stone sills, timber sash windows and timber door. The red brick construction is an unusual and notable feature. A house on this site was built by the Rev. Edward Sayers in 1708
