Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, having two-bay two-storey return and recent two-storey flat roofed addition to rear (north), and porch addition to front (south). Hipped and pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with vermiculated quoins. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows, concrete sills and vermiculated keystones. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight. Pair of timber glazed doors with flanking sidelights to porch.

A well proportioned house, showing influences from formal architecture, with its hipped roof, centrally placed chimneystacks and regular openings. The retention of original features such as strongly expressed quoins and keystones enlivens the façade and ensures the house is a notable addition to the streetscape.
