Discovered in Derryville bog in 2006 during a fieldwalking survey of the Bord na Móna industrial peatlands in the Littleton group of bogs (Licence nos. 06E0696-06E0706). Four moderately preserved planks (Wth 0.18-0.2m; D 0.04-0.06m) and a roundwood (diam. 0.17m) visible in the drain face 0.3m below the field surface. Three of the planks were orientated NE-SW and the remaining plank was orientated NW-SE. The elements were broadly parallel to each other and were c. 0.2m apart. (Whitaker 2007, Catalogue no.
