Formerly detached five-bay two-storey house, c.1820. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Timber and uPVC casement windows with stone sills, and plaster surrounds to ground floor. Timber panelled door with rectangular overlight and sidelights. Pitched slate roof with smooth rendered gable end chimney stacks.

A substantial, handsome early nineteenth-century house retaining some original materials and features, including an entrance of noble simplicity. Enhances the streetscape on this approach to Clondalkin village and closes the vista when viewed from the east.
