What is recorded here
Marked as a large rectangular embanked enclosure (ext. dims. c. 65m E-W; c. 60m N-S) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a level landscape. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 50m) defined by an eroded earthen bank (Wth 10m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.7m). There is no visible fosse or entrance.
