Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1975, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, c.2000. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A well-proportioned, modest-scale house retaining its original form and massing, and which contributes to the visual appeal of the street scene.
