St. James’s Gate Watch House    Watch House depicted standing at the east end of St. James’s Street, immediately to the west of St James’s Gate (DU018-020035-) at the junction with Watling Street.  Annotated ‘Watch House’ on Rocque's 1756 map of the city and suburbs of Dublin (Rocque 1756).
