What is recorded here

Thomas Street in Dublin hid a medieval household beneath its modern surface. Excavations in 1994 exposed gullies and stakeholes alongside pottery, suggesting people once lived and worked there before the city changed. The site records an ordinary life now buried, yet still sharp enough to be recognized through its remains.
Excavations in 1994 at 10-12 Thomas Street exposed a series of gullies and stakeholes associatd with medieval pottery (Hurley, 1995, 30).

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
